盛雷城精密电阻有限公司于2016年1月23日在江西省赣州市、深圳市、上海市同步举办迎春年会，全体员工和部分员工家属都出席了年会。
会上，董事长致祝酒词，总结了2015年盛雷城精密电阻有限公司取得的优异成绩和业绩，表彰了员工，提出了2016年度的公司规划，与增长目标，还有新产品开发计划等等。并向员工颁发了奖金以资鼓励。
